Mr. Vinod Aggarwal has over 24 years of rich experience in the Steel and Mining Sector which includes his post of Managing Director (India & Southeast Asia) at Tata Steel Ltd. He is associated with several professional organizations, such as Indian Institute of Metals, INSDAG and AIMA. He holds a B. Tech (Metallurgical) degree from Pune University.

Mrs. Rashmi Desai

Mrs. Rashmi Desai is an Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Bankers and has over 20 years of rich experience in the fields of Banking & Finance. She is also a Director on the Boards of Schaeffler India Ltd. and Ceinsys Tech Ltd. She holds a Master’s degree in economics from Lucknow University.

Dr. Surendra Prasad

Dr. Surendra Prasad is an accomplished executive with over 29 years of experience in Financial Management and Cost Management, in sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure, IT, Discrete Manufacturing etc. He is a Graduate of Commerce and Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and has a PhD.

Mr. Ankit Mishra

Mr. Ankit Mishra's experience spans 15 years with established companies like A.C.C. Ltd., Zuari Group (of KK Birla), Nagarjuna Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd., Hyderabad Industries Ltd (CK Birla Group), Anrak Aluminum Ltd. He was the head of several Industry and Trade Associations. He holds a BE (Hons) degree from BITS Pilani, and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Mrs. Vandna Gupta

Mrs. Vandna Gupta has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector with rich experience in Banking Supervision, Currency Management, Urban Banks Regulation, Cyber Security and Administration. She has worked with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in various senior positions including Executive Director and was nominated by the RBI to the Boards of reputed Institutions and banks. She is a Post Graduation in English, a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and has Executive Education at Columbia Business School, New York.

Mr. Sachin Verma

Mr. Sachin Verma is a Cost Accountant with over 20 years of multi-sector experience with core strengths in governance reforms, public policy, leadership, strategy formulation and implementation, government relations, crisis management, business development, market entry etc. He has authored several books and reports for ICT, Infrastructure, Education, Health, Governance, Policy, Security, Energy, Start-ups, Consumer internet etc. widely used by various governments, industry, multilateral agencies, Think Tanks etc.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Aggarwal

Mr. Manoj Kumar Aggarwal comes on board with an experience of over 23 years in financial investment, research etc. He is currently the CEO of Rare Enterprises, a proprietary asset management firm promoted by Shri Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. He is a qualified Cost Accountant (Grad.CWA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He also completed his Diploma in Systems Management (DSM) from NIIT.

Mr. Rajeev Gautam

Mr. Rajeev Gautam has over 24 years of experience in Construction, Infrastructure Development and allied fields. Mr. Rajeev Arora joined the family business at a very early age, soon after completing his education. He has been the MD of the company for more than three decades and has been instrumental in propelling the company ahead.

Mr. Kapil Modi has experience of over three decades in Construction, Finance, Materials Management, Administration, HR, Corporate Communications and allied areas. It is his leadership that has helped steer the company’s operations to make it more efficient and smarter. Mr. Kapil Modi holds an MBA post-graduate degree from Pune University.

Mr. Ravi Gautam's valuable experience of 18 years in the construction industry is a formidable asset to the company. His execution capabilities of projects are commendable. His current responsibilities include overseeing the Buildings Division and CSR activities at NCC.

Mr. Deepak Gautam has been associated with the Construction Industry for over 25 years. His rich experience has been instrumental in turning the company into one of the largest construction companies in India in the vast and fast-changing scenario. He has business interests in the Hospitality and Education fields.

Mr. Mukesh Gautam has gained a wealth of knowledge through his 21 years of experience in the construction industry. With his commitment and diligence, he leads the operations of the Electrical and Irrigation Divisions of the company.
